Staying at the hotel was amazing with million-dollar views from rooms on three different floors. However, the room I stayed in this time was even more expensive than before, facing the lake. The service was impeccable, with helpful, gentle, and friendly staff, making my stay extra special. The location, although in front of the lake, lacked nearby attractions and had some issues with the watering system. Dining was generally good, but the selection was limited. The overall facilities were great, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I couldn't believe the mistake they made at first, but thankfully, they corrected it, and I got a room with unforgettable views of the lake. The size of the room was comfortable, and the half board included in the price meant I had food almost all day long!

I had a very relaxing stay at the hotel with included half board, which meant having food available almost all day. I had a truly mesmerizing stay at this hotel! The view of Thunersee and the mountains was just breathtaking, and the rooms were cozy despite having some static electricity at times. The hot nights were manageable thanks to the air conditioning in the room. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me with everything. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the edge of Lake Thun, offering a peaceful and scenic setting. Dining had its ups and downs, but the overall experience was satisfying. The facilities were great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
